2. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, all year round.

3. Orders placed during the week after 11 am (EST), on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be
processed on the following business day.

13. In case of prepayment, the items are shipped when the amount of the order is fully

cancel the transaction within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods: the return
must however be preceded by a written declaration. The items must not show signs of use and must
be pre-packaged.
